Before your arrival you will receive all the information concerning your stay by e-mail.

• Arrival from 1 p.m. (we do our best to be present when you arrive, in case of unavailability, the keys will be available in a secure box at the entrance to the apartment).
  

• Departure in the morning before 11 a.m. (we do our best to be present when you leave, in case of unavailability, the keys can be placed in a secure box at the entrance to the apartment).
• Arrival and departure times must be confirmed to us at least 48 hours in advance, in fact, there is no one permanently on site.

• Bath towels and sheets are provided and included in your price.
• Cleaning must be done by you before your departure . If you wish, the latter can be taken care of on request with a supplement (in any case, the kitchen area and the dishes must however be cleaned, clean and tidy).
• A parking space is available and at your disposal at no extra charge.

• Our Ô Cap Coz and Ô Loch apartments are located in the Cap Coz resort, close to the beach and less than 3 kilometers from the center of Fouesnant. Our apartment Ô Kastel is located in the city center.
• A welcome guide as well as brochures are at your disposal in the accommodation in order to have all the information necessary to fully enjoy your stay.

• Our apartments are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Ô Loch apartment, for example, has small steps to access the sleeping area and the bathrooms are narrow. Only the Ô Kastel apartment meets PMR standards.
• A baby kit can be provided in order to travel lighter (folding bed, changing mat, etc.), on prior request and with a supplement.

Medium-sized dogs (except category 1 and 2) can be accepted on prior request, with supplement and under conditions.
